Preparation
|
|
The abutment teeth have considerably different axial inclination.
Making a conventional crown on a molar would require a significant removal of sound tooth structure on facial side to fit the bridge. |
|
- lingual and proximal axial reduction of the tooth structure
- distinct proximal grooves
- proximal boxes
- an occlusal offset
- No casp reduction of premolar and molar
The whole preparation is made as parallel as possible using by AcuHand System to electronically control position of cutting instrument.
